About Morenike Caroline Adegbite – Head of Operation
Morenike Caroline Adegbite is the Head of Operation of Nuggets Microfinance bank Ltd. She holds BSc in Banking and Finance from the prestigious University Ado Ekiti in Ekiti State. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
She has over a decade years of Microfinance Banking Operation experience. She started her career with Blueridge Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2009 as a Teller, Customer Service Officer and Branch Administrator.
She had a stint at Personal Trust Microfinance Bank and worked as the Customer Service Officer of the Bank. She later left Personal Trust for Daylight Microfinance Ltd in 2015 from where she was later moved around the bank in Branch Business Management and Operations and rose to the position of Operation Manager of the Bank. She has attended several trainings on banking operations and Relationship management.
