Nuggets MFB was incorporated with N50 million authorized and fully paid-up equity share capital. As part of the measures to ensure capital adequacy and its upgrade from its current status to the next within the shortest possible time the existing investors have commenced the injection of additional fresh share capital to enable the Bank to commence the process of obtaining approval of it’s the fresh capital and its upgrade from the Central Bank of Nigeria

This group is the engine room responsible for the processing and management of the bank’s operations. This includes the customers services handling and administration.
This group is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management as well as a compliance unit of the Bank, to ensure that the company entire operations complies with all laws, rules and regulations as well as regulatory pronouncement from time to time.
This group provides professional accounting and investment backup in line with regulations. It has Finance, Accounting, Investment and Management information reports to support business decisions.
This group provides professional and Information Technological Support on E-Products & Services and financial information back-up to support business decisions.
